The service
Burst Pipe Repair operates a referral and dispatch service. We connect callers with independent local plumbing providers. We are not a plumbing provider, we do not perform plumbing work, and no contract for plumbing work is formed with us: your agreement for any work is directly with the provider who attends.
Providers
Providers are independent businesses. They set their own availability and terms and are responsible for their work. Confirm licensing, insurance, and pricing directly with the provider before work begins, as stated in the footer of every page of this site.

Availability
We work to keep the dispatch line answered around the clock, but provider availability varies by location and time, and connection to a provider cannot be guaranteed for every call.
